Hi I am M22 and I chatted with a girl (F23) just yesterday, we introduced to each other and she told me her friend is on a call with her BF and I jokingly said "We should also call haha" and then she said to me "In the future, lets start as friend first and if we work out, we might get together". I translated it to english from my native language. I think it is because of her past relationships that she's like this. She always seems to say that friend first and then let things workout and saying "we" if relationships is the topic. What should I do? I am new to this
