I (19 f) just recently started a new job. most of the people i work with are older than me, except for another person near my age. she (18 f) is beautiful.
when i first started we did not speak but in the past few weeks we have talked every day for hours while at work. i notice her looking me up and down, occassionally touching me when not necessary. she told me she has never been in a relationship before. she asks me things about my personal life and vice versa, and tends to gravitate to me when there is down time.
we started dming on instagram and tonight i finally asked for her number, now i am stuck. she replies maybe every 30-45 mins and idk if its bc she doesnt wanna be mean or if she is interested me… what should i do?? she is really beautiful and we have meaningful conversation, but i dont wanna get my hopes up or take things the wrong way.
