hi everyone i’m captain joseph welcome to wake up and shine today i want to talk about fasting why fasting is good and why should we do it there’s so many articles there’s a nobel prize winning doctor in 2016 uh called oceanori and there’s one doctor in u.s called pradeep jamna das you should watch their videos or their talks about know why fasting is important in fact i know one person called elitem who is living on sunlight and it is not an easy thing to reach it is a spiritual calling you no need to be live on sunlight but if you can nothing like it but people are proving there’s an indian also who lives on uh sunlight so how they are achieving it if you listen to dr pradeep jamnadar’s talk on fasting you yourself will start fasting i started my fasting in fact i never fasted till my age of 52. so this is the year i started my fasting but i never believed in fasting i know when i’m sick or something i go on fasting but that is a limited period because i don’t i want to get out of that mess but voluntarily doing the fasting i just started in fact in india we have in our culture in a hindu culture people fast like jainism they do a dry fasting water fasting so many fasting they do why they’re doing it there must be reason over the period we forgot why you are doing fasting okay fasting done by animals also if you have any pet at home you see if they are sick they just go and sleep they don’t eat anything if at all they eat they try to eat some grass even tigers lions dogs they also fast whenever they’re sick they do fasting so fasting is as far as i am concerned it’s a brahmastra to reverse any diseases so start fasting practice fasting with 16 hours fasting 18 hours fasting 20 hours fasting 24 hours fasting 36 hours fasting in fact people spend money to get look young but fasting can make you hang it can regenerate your cells if you’re the age of 50 40 or 60 you feel that you’re getting old try fasting trust me it will give you good shine on your skin okay not only your skin will shine you become light you will be like a feather you can do whatever exercise you want you can go for trekking you can and in fact i have a friend who triethy methylate she was supposed to go for the meat and one day before she had this stomach upset and so she called me captain what can i do i said go fasting no no i have tomorrow my triathlon and all you said trust me you go fasting first of all fasting will stop your stomach upset and you will do better and she did better you have to take care of your water intake that’s it okay and the toxins will go out go out go out so practice fasting make a habit every week or at least every fortnightly do a fasting and see yourself like i practice now i i’m not reached uh seven days fasting i did almost three days fasting and it is amazing and any diseases if you forgot about corona thyroid cancer diabetes everything can be reversed along with a good diet and fasting so i encourage and i also request teach your kids also this let them also learn how to fasting make them understand why you are doing this fasting then they will do it don’t say tomorrow you are fasting no they will rebel just inform them this is thing we are practicing we are learning you do it yourself they will follow you they just copy you they mirror image you so once you start doing fasting the whole world changes around you if you like this video please share it among with your friends and relatives and colleagues because they must be looking for some help or somewhere they want to do it so it might change their life so please share it and subscribe this channel thank you subscribe motivational inspiring interviews or bots are a positive content stay positive keep shining …
